A 64×48 hex world demoing the M7.11 Cinematic Director stack —
the same HeroMedia route on the marketing home auto-swaps to the
video branch when apps/site/public/hero/loop.{webm,mp4} +
poster.webp land (#272 procedural placeholder; hand-captured
cinematic overwrites in place). Open the world's Cinematic
Director panel and you get: a 3D viewport with the camera
paths evaluator (M7.8), a shot schema editor (M7.11 T3), the
AI shot-list generator (M7.11 T4, studio/agent@v2), and
WebM recording via MediaRecorder + MP4/GIF transcode via
ffmpeg-wasm. The exported HTML viewer (T6/T6b) is fully
self-contained — drag-and-drop into any static host, no auth.
Highlights:
- Camera paths evaluator — pick a start and end cell, get a 6-second ease-in-out dolly + look-at interpolation.
- AI shot-list generation — type "the bell tower reveal" and get a 5-shot sequence with focal lengths pre-filled.
- WebM recording + MP4/GIF transcode — three output formats in one click.
- Self-contained HTML viewer —
<dialog>.htmlplays the clip, no server needed.
Try it: Open this world, Cinematic Director, click
AI shot-list, then Record. The output goes to your downloads
folder as festival-reel.{webm,mp4,gif} plus a viewer.html.
